If you need any new or additional clickers or rFID Barcode Decals, please send an email to Kimberly@benchmarkpm.com . She will send you the required vehicle form. The form is also available at the guard house and on this website under the Community/ Documents Tabs.
rFID DECALS
For each decal, send the complete application with a copy of the Registration and Driver license of the car owner with a check for $15.00 per rFID Decal made out to Emerald Springs HOA. Either leave the form and check with the guard in a sealed envelope marked "Benchmark, attn: Kimberly," or for faster service mail it directly to Benchmark Property Management at 7932 Wiles Rd., Coral Springs FL 33067, attn: Kimberly. Decals will be processed within a few days and sent to you directly by mail. If you haven't received you decals after 2 weeks, call Kimberly at Benchmark by dialing 954-344-5353, ext. 7229. Or better yet, send her an email at kimberly@benchmarkpm.com .
CLICKERS (until the few left run out).
Send the complete application specifically requesting "Clickers" along with a copy of car Registration and Driver license for each vehicle owner, and a payment of $25.00 per clicker. Allow up to 2 weeks for processing. For clickers only, the guards will call you when they come in. Check with the guards after two weeks if you haven't heard from them or call Kimberly at Benchmark by dialing 954-344-5353, ext. 7229. Or better yet, send her an email at kimberly@benchmarkpm.com .
