If you need any new or additional clickers, please send an email to Kimberly@benchmarkpm.com . She will send you the required vehicle form. The form is also available at the guard house and on this website under the Community/ Documents Tabs.
You must send the completed vehicle form and with a check for $25.00 per clicker made out to Emerald Springs HOA and either leave it with the guard in a sealed envelope marked "Benchmark, attn: Kimberly," or mail it directly to Benchmark Property Management at 7932 Wiles Rd., Coral Springs FL 33067. Allow up to 2 weeks for processing and programming into the system. The guards will call you when it comes in. Check with the guards after two weeks if you haven't heard from them or call Kimberly at Benchmark by dialing 954-344-5353, ext. 7229.
